Offering 18,000+ book titles, 5,000+ titles in audio-visual formats and over 30 periodical subscriptions, the media center at our school provides our faculty and students with a wealth of resources for research and academic study as well as for leisure reading.

 

Students may check-out two books at one time for a period of at least two weeks, and may reserve materials in advance.  Students MUST show an ID to checkout books and/or use computers. Our online card catalog provides a valuable tool for locating materials and building resources for research projects.  Students and staff can access the media center online catalog from any networked computer within our school by searching http://destiny.duvalschools.org.  To access and search our library's resources from a home computer, teachers, parents and students may go to:  https://duvalnet.duvalschools.org  Login as "destiny", enter the password "duval", and begin your search!

 

The media center currently offers 12 new computer workstations with

high-speed Internet access and high definition flat panel monitors for student use.

  Students must have an Internet Permission Form, signed by a parent or guardian

to perform research on our computers. Student printing is NOT available, so students

 are encouraged to bring a USB flash (or thumb) drive to save their work.
